Payment. Payment is due upon placement of your order and all orders are payable in US dollars. Credit cards and PayPal are the only method of payment accepted on the Website and the following cards are accepted: Visa®, MasterCard®. American Express® , Discover®. Your order will be shipped when we have verified your payment method and received authorization to process your payment. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.
Product Availability. All Products listed on the Website are offered for sale subject to availability. We will not be liable for the lack of availability of any Product and reserve the right to change the Products on the Website at any time without notice. Details about Product availability will be provided when you place your order.
Shipping. We do not ship outside of the continental United States of America. However, we will consider international shipping on a case by case basis. All orders are shipped fully insured via UPS 2-day or USPS First Class Registered/Insured and will require a signature on delivery. Overnight delivery is an option for an additional fee. Products purchased via the Website may only be delivered to a physical street address. We do not ship orders to P.O. boxes.
Returns and Refunds
Except for any Products designated on the Website as non-returnable, we will consider any item for return or exchange within 72 hours of receipt. Customer must email for a return authorization. All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection and all pieces must have their original packaging intact and be free from any and all damage or alteration. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a piece for return or exchange if it is determined to be damaged or altered.
All custom orders are deemed non-returnable as are all Products altered or modified at the customer’s request. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 72 HOURS.
